The Competition

Why we built Qubo and Tortuga

We build a robot to compete in AUVSI and ONR's RoboSub Competition every year. In this competition, our autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) completes a variety of tasks to score as many points as possible. Past tasks included firing torpedoes at targets and navigating along a marked path. These tasks must be completed autonomously without any human input, making flexibility and planning very important.
