We arrive and get Tortuga back in the water!

Hello friends, family, and sponsors and welcome to the first of the AUVSI competition updates from the R@M team! We left Baltimore yesterday morning in high spirits and we made it to the west coast and San Diego without mishap.

This year Tortuga arrived before we did, so we could get to work right away, and we began reassembling the robot. Here is a picture of Keith and Kit, working on reassembling the electronics stack:

As of tonight, we have Tortuga back up and running in the water in what appears to be nearly-perfect working condition! We are now on track to have Tortuga fully tweaked and ready to compete tomorrow at the first practice day at the Transdec facility.
